Links Car Wash Expands Executive Team with Key Leadership Additions

Links Car Wash and Fresh Stop, fast-growing brands under Madison Capital Group, today announced the addition of two senior leaders to support their continued expansion. Justin Boruchov has joined as Managing Director of Finance, and Jeff Guyette has been named Chief Development Officer.

Justin Boruchov brings extensive experience in structured finance, specializing in value-add reposition loans, land loans, construction financing, and bridge lending across all asset classes. Over the course of his career, he has closed more than $10 billion in financings across more than 1,500 transactions nationwide, with a concentration in the New York City and Florida markets. Prior to joining the company, Boruchov served as Managing Director at Arrow Real Estate Advisors and held a leadership role at Meridian Capital Group.

In his role as Managing Director of Finance, Boruchov will lead financial strategy, capital structuring, and investment planning to support growth across both brands.

Jeff Guyette joins as Chief Development Officer, bringing a strong track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and strategic expansion across the service, retail, and investment sectors. He has held leadership roles with premier convenience store operators, including QuikTrip and RaceTrac, where he developed expertise in site selection, real estate strategy, and large-scale retail development. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Real Estate and Development at Tidal Wave Auto Spa, where he led site selection and development initiatives that supported the company’s rapid national expansion.

In his role as Chief Development Officer, Guyette will oversee growth strategy for both Links Car Wash and Fresh Stop, including sourcing and evaluating new land and acquisition opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving long-term value creation.
